Karinya Bed and Breakfast is a luxury 1-bedroom guesthouse set on 30 hectares in the heart of Clevedon Valley. The guesthouse is fully self-contained and is situated 15 metres from the main homestead, giving guests total privacy. We also have a 1-bedroom studio, which has its own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette, which is also very private. Ample parking and laundry facilities are available at the homestead. A continental breakfast is included or a cooked farm-style breakfast, lunch and dinner can be provided on request for an additional cost, or you can take advantage of the cafés and restaurants in the village just 3km away.
Clevedon is renowned for its vineyards, cafés, restaurants, souvenir/gift shops and golf courses. It has some of New Zealand's most beautiful beaches, bush walks and gardens just a short distance away, and is home to NZ's Polo. On Sunday you can visit our very popular Farmers' Market and for those who love oysters the Clevedon Oyster Farm is a must. All of these attractions and many more are only 5 to 15 minutes away from Karinya.
